The Daintree Beach House is ideally located between Port Douglas and Cape Tribulation allowing you easy access to a variety of quality restaurants and the boutique shops of Port Douglas, or to walk within the ancient World Heritage Rainforests of the Daintree and Cape Tribulation. 

Upon arrival you will receive a chocolates and wine in the fridge, local coffee and tea as well as gourmet olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Pool towels are provided.

This traditional 1950’s North Queensland Beach House has been fully renovated to incorporate contemporary lifestyle needs whilst retaining its original authenticity. Breeze way brick features take advantage of the cool breezes from the Coral Sea.  Birdlife abounds in the well established She Oaks and Beach Almonds, and the gardens comprise of lush tropical heliconias and lipstick palms.

The large open Kitchen, Lounge, Game Area, Foyer and Verandah allow views to the pool and ocean.

Four spacious bedrooms sleep up to eight people, ideal for families or a group of friends.  The bedrooms allow a bedding configuration for three couples and two singles, or two couples and four singles.  2x Queens, 1x King Split & 1 King trundle.  Two modern bathrooms have been designed for the easy use for families with children, or for a romantic getaway.

There are a myrid of nearby activities to participate in such as bird watching on the Daintree River, Wonga Beach horse riding, live theatre at the Karnak Playhouse, Daintree Mangroves Wildlife Sanctuary, Mossman Gorge and the famous Port Douglas Sunday Markets. The Daintree Palms Hotel is just down the road, ideal for dinner or lunch with views over their Barramundi Lake

Wonga Beach is 15 minutes drive north of Mossman, 30 minutes from Port Douglas and 90 minutes from Cairns International Airport. Cape Tribulation is less than an hours drive north and includes a car ferry across the Daintree River.
