Ocean Safari is a great way to experience the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef by snorkelling two pristine reef locations off the coast of Cape Tribulation, in just half a day. This half day eco certified tour departs Cape Tribulation daily and allows for a minimum of two hours to explore this precious underwater world!

Ocean Safari is a purpose built vessel with the operational emphasis being on the environment. For this, it has been awarded an eco-accreditation. There are toilet facilities onboard and you can board the boat directly off Cape Tribulation Beach.
Your tour starts when your eco host picks you up from your accommodation. Once you have boarded onto Ocean Safari, it is only a short 30 minute journey until you arrive at your first reef location for the day.
Ocean Safari own and operate two moorings at Mackay and Undine Reefs. There is plenty of time for snorkelling the tropical waters before you depart for your second site, which is equally as impressive and diverse with an abundance of fish, coral and marine life.
Your experienced crew will talk about the natural environment and marine life that inhabit at the Great Barrier Reef, and will also ensure you day so far, is filled with heaps of fun!
On your way back, enjoy the spectacular coast of dense green rainforest running along a white sandy beach lapped by the turquoise ocean.
